For more than 20 years, I have worked in communications and marketing for the public sector and as a freelance travel writer and reviewer. My writing specialisms are for travel, human interest, and place promotion.

I have researched articles from scratch and had content published in a variety of national and international travel, lifestyle, educational, public and voluntary sector publications. These have included 'Time Out' guides, 'Easyjet' magazine and 'The Krakow Post'.
​
My travels have taken me around most continents and regions, and I have written extensively about Eastern Europe, when I lived in Poland. Now I am lucky enough to be based in the beautiful city of Brighton, on the South Coast of the UK, just an hour from London. ​
